Our IR or infrared cameras allow us to see water and moisture inside walls and ceiling structures that the human eye cannot see. These cameras allow us to see trapped and hidden humidity, allowing us to prevent mold growth and eliminate the growth of mold in the future.
Moisture Meters help us by measuring water content and moisture levels in cellulose (paper-based products like insulation, etc.). We perform a moisture survey before and after the dry plan in all areas of your property. when we find moisture in an area that's unaffected or undamaged area of your dwelling or building, we will get it dried out quickly.
Air Movers work in concert with our dehumidifiers. Dehumidifiers pull moisture from the air and converts it to liquid form, so it can be conveyed and dumped. The role of the Air Mover is to get the moisture airborne so that the dehumidifiers can capture it for disposal.
Ozone Generators clean damaged surfaces and the air around them much better than older technologies. Ozone generators cause oxygen molecules to implode, which is helpful in deodorizing the damaged area. We will use whatever tool necessary to restore your home and property.
The Xtreme Xtractor removes stubborn moisture by applying direct downward pressure on an absorbent surface, such as carpeting that has been flooded with water. The pressure causes water to rise, which allows it to be removed.
